【Account & Password】

Once the issue is clarified, the Company will, upon your request, reset the password and reactivate your account.

【Transaction Notes】

本平台所提供之商品數量有限，請您於挑選後儘速完成訂購程序，放入購物車不代表您已完成訂購，若有其他使用者在您完成訂購程序前已經完成訂購程序，系統會通知您該筆商品已售畢，請您自購物車移除。
您得依據本平台所提供的確認商品數量及價格機制進行下單。本公司對您的下單內容，除於下單後2工作日內附正當理由為拒絕外，為接受下單。但您已付款者，除法律另有規定外，視為交易成立。
本平台得就特定商品訂定個別消費者每次訂購的數量上限。逾越該數量上限進行下單或同一消費者以複數帳號重覆、多次下單時，本平台僅負對單一消費者依該數量上限出貨之責任。
本平台商品之運送依您訂購時選擇及指定之方式為之，商品之定價不含運費。惟若您符合一定活動優惠條件時，將依您選擇之商品運送方式，由本公司負擔運費。若您因部分商品退貨致不符合運費優惠條件時，本公司將自您解約退款之金額中收取該筆訂單之原始運送費用(運送費用依下單時平台公告為準)。
您得依消費者保護法第19條規定於貨到後7日之鑑賞期間內，行使解除契約的權利。請注意：鑑賞期非試用期，僅評估您是否購買該商品之用，若退回商品已非全新完整狀態(包含商品原包裝)，可能會影響您解約退款的權利。
若依法律或契約本公司將退款予您，您同意本公司將退款先行退款至您於本平台之線上帳戶。您得隨時結清線上帳戶餘額，申請退款至您的實體帳戶，相關手續費由本公司負擔。

【Intellectual Property】

All content on this platform, including but not limited to product photography, model images, illustrations, platform structure, programming, page layout and design, trademarks, and other marks or information, constitutes intellectual property owned by the Company or relevant rights holders. Such content is protected under copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and fair trade laws. Without prior permission or authorization from the Company or the rights holders, no content may be used in any manner, otherwise you may be subject to liability for infringement or violation of law.

【Limitation of Liability】

You agree that, except as otherwise mandatorily required by law, any dispute arising from your use of this platform or purchases made through it shall be subject to a maximum liability of three (3) times the actual amount you paid to the Company for that specific use or purchase. The same limitation applies to any liability for damages owed to the Company resulting from your violation of these Terms of Use or any other breach of contract.

【Suspension of Services & Disclaimer】

The Company will maintain the normal operation of this platform using methods and technologies consistent with generally expected standards of security. However, under the following circumstances, the Company reserves the right to suspend all or part of the services on this platform without prior notice, and shall bear no obligation to compensate or indemnify you for any direct or indirect damages arising therefrom:

1. When relocating, replacing, upgrading, maintaining, or repairing the software or hardware equipment related to this platform;

2. When services are suspended or interrupted due to natural disasters or other force majeure events;

3. When services are suspended or interrupted due to disruptions from telecommunications or website service providers, or for other reasons not attributable to the Company;

4. When the platform is affected by external forces resulting in incorrect information display, or when information is forged, altered, deleted, or intercepted, or when the system is interrupted or unable to function properly;

5. When a user violates these Terms of Use or applicable laws, resulting in the suspension or termination of services for that user;

6. Any other circumstances in which the Company deems it necessary to suspend or terminate the services.

For foreseeable software or hardware maintenance that may result in suspension or termination of the platform’s services, the Company will, to the extent possible, announce such circumstances on this platform in advance and in an appropriate manner.

【Breach Handling】

To protect the rights and interests of all users of this platform, the Company may suspend or terminate your shopping eligibility, or refuse your use of all or part of the platform’s services, if any of the following circumstances occur:

1. Providing false or inaccurate information during registration;

2. Using a credit card or other financial account without authorization, including fraudulent or unauthorized use;

3. Returning shipped packages due to personal reasons, or repeatedly failing to collect packages beyond the limits set by the Company;
(1) Selecting convenience store pickup with payment on delivery but failing to collect the package at the designated store within the notification period;
(2) Selecting home delivery with cash on delivery but failing to sign for the package or refusing receipt when delivered by the logistics company;

4. Frequently returning products or engaging in similar behaviors due to personal reasons, as determined by the Company;

5. Engaging in harassment or inappropriate conduct toward the Company’s customer service department;

6. Any other violations of these Terms of Use or applicable laws, failure to comply with agreed obligations, or malicious abuse of service benefits.

You agree that, in accordance with these Terms of Use, the Company may suspend or terminate your shopping eligibility, or refuse your access to all or part of the platform’s services, without requiring your consent. The Company shall bear no obligation or liability to you or any third party in such circumstances.

【Validity, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction】

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The rights and obligations between you and the Company shall be governed by these Terms of Use as well as applicable announcements or regulations published on this platform. In the event of any dispute, you may submit a complaint or inquiry through the customer service contact information listed on the platform. Both parties shall negotiate in good faith, based on the principles of honesty, fairness, and reciprocity, to reach a resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, and unless otherwise required by law, both parties agree that the Taoyuan District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance with jurisdiction.

Any matters not covered in this Agreement shall be interpreted, supplemented, and handled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
