Such content is protected under copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and fair trade laws. Without prior permission or authorization from the Company or the rights holders, no content may be used in any manner, otherwise you may be subject to liability for infringement or violation of law.<\/p>\n
\u3010Limitation of Liability\u3011<\/p>\n
You agree that, except as otherwise mandatorily required by law, any dispute arising from your use of this platform or purchases made through it shall be subject to a maximum liability of three (3) times the actual amount you paid to the Company for that specific use or purchase. \n5. Engaging in harassment or inappropriate conduct toward the Company\u2019s customer service department;
\n6. Any other violations of these Terms of Use or applicable laws, failure to comply with agreed obligations, or malicious abuse of service benefits.

You agree that, in accordance with these Terms of Use, the Company may suspend or terminate your shopping eligibility, or refuse your access to all or part of the platform\u2019s services, without requiring your consent.
