昨天收到水晶之後，因為已經晚了，我只有用水龍頭的流水大概沖了幾十秒，晚上一起做完晚課，稍微把玩了一下，竟然明顯有麻的感覺。我基本上是麻瓜，收過一些水晶、隕鐵和隕石衝擊玻璃等等，幾乎沒遇過一上手就有感覺的物件，昨天覺得有點驚訝。晚上睡前就照您們網頁上寫的方法，透明滾石在頭頂、黃在眉心、玫瑰在心輪，多一個黑的就壓在頭下(大概風池穴的位置)。我最近都有點淺眠多夢，晚上也不容易入睡，但昨晚這樣閉上眼，感覺被什麼用力沖洗全身，某些身體部位會有振動(大約心跳頻率)，蠻舒服的，也很快就睡著了，雖然有少許的夢但睡眠品質很好，早上也是天剛亮就醒來，精神很好。今天出門把他們四個都放口袋帶出來，希望整天帶著他們，水晶不會疲勞。這四顆裡面我感受最強的是透明的滾石，一上手就有電到的感覺，確實當時也是看它最有眼緣。

紀錄分享一下，今天晚上戴著金色阿賽的墜子，突發奇想的右手拿著之前買的yellow和左手白色阿賽，好久沒有把白色阿賽拿著了，它強烈的抖動，後來平穩下來後，冥想的階段其實思緒沒有停下來，很多平常和過去的事全都出現了😂根本沒有冥想的狀態，然後開始感覺身體內部在晃動（但身體應該沒有晃吧🤔）然後發現晃動的規律，以屁股為中心點然後以心輪的部位開始畫圈（左邊-》後背-》右邊-》胸前）這樣算逆時針的轉嗎🤔很好奇，感覺越來越明顯的時候我有試著身體跟著感覺晃起來，不過內心覺得很怪還是停下來了，但身體裡旋轉的感覺依然在，然後開始右腦勺（整個頭的右半邊）開始發麻有點想抓，再來好像上半身的右半邊都有一點小麻但沒有頭部明顯，胸悶依舊，過了好久旋轉的感覺變得微小了，奇妙的是我意識到旋轉的方向好像改變了🤔（右邊-》後面-》左邊-》胸前），一樣也讓他自己晃下去，不知不覺一個多小時就過去了，張開眼睛覺得頭蠻暈的，精神卻莫名的很好😂
我突然想到昨天半夜睡著睡到半夢半醒，覺得自己的下半身好像要飄起來耶！我有很害怕的把自己用醒😂我怕自己靈魂飄走哈哈哈哈哈
